The Terror Of Freelance Jobs

We all want to get a substantially paying job with little effort and no stress. Works at home online jobs are usually the best option as long as one has access to a computer and an internet connection.

Talking of freelance jobs, which deal with a wide range both skilled and unskilled; believe me getting one is as tough as you can make it. So badly in need of a job i commenced my search on the internet, i visited a number of work at home sites and also through my reading of  assorted eBooks managed to know about freelance online job websites.

At freelance websites the employer is referred to as a provider and the employee as a freelancer. I took a step and applied for a freelance job at the freelancer website. My prior knowledge of the website gave me an overview of what to expect. Several people who happened to have attained a job on these websites did not disclose any hardship in getting a job on these websites.

I struggled with writing a cover letter and a CV in order to qualify for some of these jobs but a CV with no certification as proof of certain skills like word processing and data entry made it challenging for me to prove to the provider (employer) that i had the required skills for the job.

Most if not all of these freelance sites have exams that you can take. For example at freelancer, only three exams are free but the rest are to be paid for an average price of 5$. They are not a must but due to completion you indeed need to undertake at least one exam to manage the completion.

The provider sets an average payment range about 30$ -250$ and interested freelancers place their bids and of course their application as required by the employer. Setting a bid is very tricky since you want to {gain |reap}the most out of the deal but the completion for the job is very high; regardless of this setting, a low bid does not guarantee you the job however one thing you must keep in mind is that the employer aims at getting an employee with the required skills followed by the lowest bid. I don't know if i could call this exploitation but it's a two way issue, the employees to want to get payment with very little effort.

Getting some of these jobs if not most of them needs you to show the employer that you have the required skills but this is only easy for those with some paper work otherwise without it your cv your success depends on your first online job which may also be another hard nut to crack.
My conclusion on this is that freelance jobs are not as easy as they seem may be with time.
